Regina Littlejohn is a certified Professional Life Coach and earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. She served in the United States Air Force for six years.
She has worked in the Social service profession for over 20 years. Her roles have been many such as an outpatient/family intensive in-home therapist, women and girl's group facilitator, special needs advocacy, curriculum designer, women & children's case manager, GED instructor, parenting & anger management instructor, and crisis management adviser.
Regina is the creator of "Putting Your Finger on Your Ouch" a program geared to identify cycles of behavioral patterns & attitudes that stagnate one's emotional wellness, life accomplishments, and healthy family dynamics.
For the last ten years, Regina has traveled throughout the United States training and speaking to the military and their family on emotional health issues, reintegration back from deployment into family life, and providing training for employment transition into the civilian sector. It's one of her most rewarding assignments.
In 2015, Regina's 9-years old adopted daughter, Olivia started a non-profit organization called Transforming Lives Outreach with Love. The organization serves homeless and underserved women & girls in the community. Annually, she and Olivia host an Extravagant Tea Party and quarterly Regina host a " Putting Your Finger on Your Ouch, 6 weeks personal and emotional growth workshop and luncheon for the women in the homeless shelters. We have embraced God purpose and assignment and we love it!!!
